End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DevKitHub governing the use of DevKitHub software.

2. License Grant

DevKitHub grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on your devices.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
  • You may not use the software for unlawful purposes.
  • The license is limited to one organization and is non-transferable.

4. License Period

The license includes 12 months of updates and premium features. Renewal is required after this period.

5. Support and Updates

Bug fixes, security updates, and support are available for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

DevKitHub retains ownership of the software and all associated intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

DevKitHub is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

8. Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. DevKitHub may terminate it if you fail to comply with any terms.
